One of the best things about having digital copies of user manuals rather than relying on paper copies is the fact that you can use “search and find” functions on your computer to quickly search through the manual and find all the references to a specific keyword or phrase.
This makes it really, really easy to find information about the things that you want to find out about, without having to spend ages flicking from page to page. Another benefit of being able to store and access user manuals on your computer is the fact that you can keep them all together, without having to have a big draw full of paper copies, which will invariably get lost or damaged.
